The Music Department of Fu Jen Catholic University College of Arts was founded in 1972 under the instructions of the president, Archbishop Luo Guang. Its educational purpose embodies the spirit of “truth, kindness, beauty and holiness”. With more than ten years of experience and philosophy in running music schools, the department established a master class performance group in the 1985 year of the Republic of China, focusing on cultivating music performance talents.
